In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "ef888" refers to the operator of the website accessible at ef888.one and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and platform applications.
• "Platform" means the ef888 website, all games, betting services, payment facilities, account management tools, and any other feature or functionality made available through ef888.one.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" refers to any individual who has registered an account with ef888 or who accesses any part of the Platform.

• "Terms" means these Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time and published on the ef888 website.

Registration on the ef888 Platform is open to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. ef888 enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 21 years for all registered players. This requirement applies regardless of the applicable local law in your jurisdiction where a higher or lower threshold may exist — ef888's internal minimum is 21+.
• You are registering and acting on your own behalf, not as an agent, proxy, or nominee for any third party.
• You have not previously had an ef888 Account closed, suspended, or permanently excluded at your own request or as a result of a breach of these Terms.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which access to online gambling services is explicitly prohibited by applicable national law and you understand that it is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws of your country or jurisdiction of residence.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, consultant, or close family member of any of the above of ef888 or any of ef888's licensed software or payments partners.

By completing the ef888 registration form, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current. ef888 is not responsible for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate registration details provided by the Player. Players must update their account information promptly if any registered details change.

Each Player is permitted to hold one registered Account on the ef888 Platform. The operation of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. Where ef888 identifies multiple accounts associated with the same Player, ef888 reserves the right to close all such accounts, void any pending or settled wagers placed from the duplicate accounts, and forfeit any Bonus funds or winnings credited to those accounts.

Players are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their ef888 Login credentials, including their username and password. ef888 strongly recommends that all Players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their Account. You must notify ef888 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. ef888 will not be liable for any loss arising from the unauthorised use of your Account credentials where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your login details.

An Account that has recorded no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. ef888 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its prevailing fee schedule. Players will be notified by email prior to the application of any dormancy charge. Players wishing to reactivate a dormant account should contact ef888 support.

ef888 accepts deposits via the payment methods listed on the Platform at any given time. Currently supported deposit channels include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT cryptocurrency. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

All funds deposited into an ef888 Account must originate from a payment source registered in the name of the Account holder. ef888 will not accept deposits from third-party sources. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party payment instrument may be refunded and the Account suspended pending investigation. Players must ensure that their use of any payment method on ef888 complies with the terms of service of the relevant payment provider.

Players may submit withdrawal requests for real-money Account balances (excluding active Bonus funds subject to ongoing wagering requirements) at any time via the ef888 cashier. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Withdrawal requests are subject to ef888's verification and anti-money laundering procedures.

Before a withdrawal is processed, ef888 may require the Player to complete KYC verification. Required documents may include: a clear copy of a valid CNIC or passport; proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot confirming ownership of the relevant JazzCash or EasyPaisa account number); and in certain cases, proof of source of funds. ef888 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until satisfactory documentation has been received and approved.

Withdrawal requests are reviewed within one (1) to three (3) business days of submission, subject to verification status. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals, once approved, typically reflect within minutes. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank typically complete within one business day of approval. ef888 is not responsible for delays attributable to payment providers or banking institutions.

ef888 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing registered Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this Article. In the event of conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses are awarded at the sole discretion of ef888 and are not guaranteed. ef888 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or replace any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Each Player is entitled to claim each promotion offer only once unless the offer is explicitly designated as recurring (e.g., a weekly reload). Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times via multiple accounts constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money balances in the ef888 cashier and are subject to minimum wagering requirements — typically expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) applied to the bonus amount — before they may be converted to withdrawable cash.
• During bonus wagering, certain game types may be excluded or may contribute at a reduced rate to wagering requirements. The contribution rates applicable to each game type are disclosed in the relevant promotion terms.
• Maximum bet restrictions apply during active bonus wagering. Placing bets that exceed the stated maximum bet limit while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonuses expire after the period stated in the promotion terms. Any unwagered bonus balance remaining at expiry will be removed from the Account without compensation.
• ef888 reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the bonus was obtained through fraudulent means, multiple account abuse, or systematic exploitation of ef888's promotion system.

All wagers placed on the ef888 Platform — whether on casino games, live casino tables, or sports betting markets — are subject to the applicable game rules or sports betting rules as displayed on the Platform at the time the wager is placed. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any bet.

• All wagers are final once confirmed. ef888 does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse a wager after it has been placed and confirmed by the Platform's system.
• In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, ef888 will apply its technical error resolution policy to determine the appropriate outcome. Where an error results in an incorrect outcome being initially displayed, ef888 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the Player's Account.
• Odds and game outcomes on the ef888 Platform are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live casino games, by physical dealing and wheel/dice mechanics observed via live video stream. ef888 makes no representation that any Player will achieve any particular outcome or level of winnings from any game or bet.
• For sports betting markets, ef888 reserves the right to void or amend settled bets where an event is cancelled, postponed, or where a clear pricing error has occurred. Settlement will follow the rules published in the ef888 sports betting terms applicable at the time of the event.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet, per day, and per event as displayed in the relevant game or betting market. ef888 is not obliged to pay out any winnings that exceed the stated maximum payout for any individual wager or event.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ef888 Platform. ef888 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account found to be engaging in prohibited conduct, to void all associated wagers, and to withhold any funds in the Account pending investigation:

• Collusion: Any agreement between two or more Players to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the house, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or coordinated live casino betting strategies designed to exploit game mechanics.
• Use of Automated Software: The use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, betting calculators that interact with the Platform API, or any other automated tool to place bets or make decisions on behalf of a Player without manual input.
• Exploitation of Errors: The deliberate exploitation of software bugs, glitches, RNG errors, or incorrectly displayed odds for financial gain. Players who identify an error are required to report it to ef888 support immediately.
• Fraudulent Deposits or Chargebacks: The use of stolen, cloned, or fraudulently obtained payment instruments to fund an ef888 Account; or the initiation of a chargeback on a deposit that was used for legitimate gaming purposes.
• Money Laundering: The use of ef888's payment facilities to launder funds derived from criminal activity. ef888 is required by its licensing obligations to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities.
• Bonus Abuse: The systematic exploitation of bonus offers, including through the creation of multiple accounts, the use of third-party accounts, or coordinated wagering strategies designed to reduce bonus wagering risk to near-zero.
• Match Fixing & Insider Betting: Placing wagers on sporting events in which the Player has any involvement as a player, official, or other participant; or where the Player has access to non-public information about the likely outcome of the event.

ef888 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of harm associated with gambling. All registered Players have access to the following responsible gaming tools via their Account Settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately when reduced. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration, after which a notification will be displayed and the session will be interrupted.
• Reality Check Notifications: Players may enable periodic notifications reminding them of the duration of their current gaming session and their net win/loss position.

Any funds remaining in the Account at the time of self-exclusion will be returned to the Player after the exclusion is processed.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ef888 Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the ef888 Platform. Any unauthorised use of ef888's intellectual property may result in Account termination and legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ef888 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the ef888 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or anticipated savings resulting from any game outcome, technical failure, or system downtime.
• Loss of data, Account information, or game history as a result of technical errors beyond ef888's reasonable control.
• Delays in deposit processing or withdrawal disbursement attributable to third-party payment providers including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank.
• Any damage to your device, software, or data resulting from your access to or download of content from the ef888 Platform.
• Decisions made by a Player in reliance on information published on the ef888 Platform, including but not limited to odds information, game descriptions, or promotional material.

ef888's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the ef888 Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their ef888 Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit ef888's liability for death or personal injury caused by ef888's negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

ef888 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and is available at ef888.one/privacy-policy. By registering an Account with ef888, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ef888 will not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Personal data may be shared with third parties strictly where necessary for the operation of the Platform — including licensed payment providers, game software providers, identity verification services, and regulatory authorities — in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

Players may close their ef888 Account at any time by contacting ef888 customer support. Upon closure, any real-money balance in the Account (excluding active Bonus funds) will be returned to the Player's registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.

ef888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player's Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms or any applicable specific game, betting, or promotion terms.
• ef888 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or the provision of false information during registration or verification.
• The Player has been identified as a minor or has failed to complete satisfactory age verification.

Where an Account is closed by ef888 as a result of a breach of these Terms, any funds in the Account may be withheld pending the outcome of any investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, ef888 reserves the right to forfeit the Account balance in its entirety.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ef888 holds its operating licence. In the event of any dispute between ef888 and a Player, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation via ef888's customer support channels.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to the dispute resolution body specified by ef888's licensing authority. Players retain the right to bring legal proceedings in the courts of their country of residence to the extent that applicable law so permits.

ef888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be notified to registered Players via email to their registered email address and/or by means of a notice displayed on the ef888 Platform. The updated Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice, which will be no less than seven (7) days from the date of notification for material changes.

Your continued use of the ef888 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Article 13.
